Zusammenfassung:The side effect leading to overweight or obesity in medication with a known antipsychotic, antidepressant or antiepileptic drug is reduced by the administration of O-(3- piperidino-2-hydroxy-1-propyl)-nicotinic amidoxime or a pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt thereof. Le surpoids ou l'obésité apparaissant comme effet secondaire connu d'une médication antipsychotique, antidépressive ou un anti-épileptique est réduit par l'administration d'amidoxine O-(3- pipéridino-2-hydroxy-1-propyl)-nicotinique ou d'un sel d'addition d'acides pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci.
