La composition est particulièrement appropriée pour le traitement des cheveux secs, abîmés et/ou difficiles à manipuler. L'invention revendique un procédé de traitement capillaire par application sur les cheveux d'une composition comprenant de 0,001 à 20 % en poids de la composition totale d'un groupe constitué par la cucurbitine, l'acide 2-pipérazinecarboxylique, les dérivés ou les mélanges de ceux-ci.
