Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to welding and overlaying and can be used for recovering worn-out parts of pieces like solids of revolution, in particular drill pipes. The inventive device for repairing an overlayed drill pipe (1) comprises units for storing, supplying and loading the pipe (1), a support for placing said pipe (1), a drive (6) for rotating the pipe (1), a unit (29) for supplying air therein, rings (30) which are used for cooling the end faces of the pipe (1) and for securing a flux (24), a device used for thermostatting overlayed areas, a group of electrodes (19) which are located in a melting head (17) and are used for overlaying the nipple part (10) of the pipe fed from one power supply (15) and a group of electrode (19) which is used for overlaying the coupling part (9) of the pipe and is located in the other melting head and is fed from another power supply, wherein each melting head is arranged in such a way that it can linearly and angularly deviate from zenith, is longitudinally and vertically displaceable and is linked with a mechanism (18) for feeding the electrodes (19) to the overlaying head (17), a flux-containing bin (23), the supports for placing the pipe (1) which are embodied in such a way that they are current-conducting, a plus is connected to the pipe (1) and a minus to the electrodes (19), in each melting head, the electrodes (19) are arranged in a row and in a parallel position to the generatrix of the pipe (1) in such a way that a space therebetween is modifiable and a unit for longitudinally displacing the electrodes (19) is also used for supplying the flux (24) to an overlaying area.
