The weld cycle of the ultrasonic welding apparatus is amplitude profiled so that during an initial period, the weld amplitude at the horn tip is high and after the initial period, the weld amplitude is low. L'invention concerne un appareil de soudage par ultrasons ayant une alimentation électrique couplée à un empilement soudé. L'empilement soudé comprend un transducteur ultrasonore couplé à un bras par un amplificateur. Le bras comprend une extrémité de bras.
