Zusammenfassung:	Provided are adhesive compositions comprising a mixture of a maleimide terminated polyimide resin, a thermoplastic resin compatible with the maleimide terminated polyimide resin, a thermally activated free radical curing agent, and electrically conductive particles and/or scrim. Various embodiments add a silane coupling agent and/or an ethylenically unsaturated compound with acid functionality. Methods of using the compositions also are provided. L'invention concerne des compositions d'adhésifs comprenant un mélange renfermant une résine polyimide à terminaison maléimide, une résine thermoplastique compatible avec la résine polyimide à terminaison maléimide, un agent de durcissement radicalaire activé thermiquement et des particules et/ou des fibres conductrices. Divers modes de réalisation comprennent l'ajout d'un agent adhésif au silane et/ou d'un composé éthyléniquement insaturé présentant une fonctionnalité acide.
