Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a method for the manufacture of a thin film battery, comprising the steps of: depositing a first electrode layer on a substrate, depositing an electrolyte layer on the first electrode, and depositing a second electrode layer on the electrolyte layer, wherein one of the first electrode layer and the second electrode layer is an anode material and the other electrode is a cathode material. The method further relates to a thin battery obtainable by such method, and a device comprising such a battery. L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une pile à pellicule mince dont les étapes consistent : à déposer une première couche d'électrode sur un substrat, à déposer une couche d'électrolyte sur la première électrode, et à déposer une seconde couche d'électrode sur la couche d'électrolyte, la première ou la seconde couche d'électrode étant un matériau d'anode et l'autre électrode étant un matériau de cathode. L'invention concerne en outre une pile mince pouvant être obtenue par un tel procédé et un dispositif comprenant une telle pile.
