Zusammenfassung:	An energy-saving illuminating lamp structure comprises a locating member (22) and light-emitting modules (30,40) consisting of a plurality of light emitting diodes connected in pararlel and in series to a power supply member (51). These light-emitting modules (30,40) are of multiple color systems different from each other and are arranged within the locating member (22). A current-limiting module (50) is connected to these multicolor light-emitting modules (30,40) to make the light-emitting modules and the power supply member (51) interconnect. The current-limiting module (51) can control and set the magnitude of the current allocated to the different light-emitting modules (30,40) so as to turn on them to emit light.
