A METHOD FOR MAKING PAPER PULP BY REACTING HYDROGEN PEROXIDE AND ALKALI SUBSTANCE

A method for making paper pulp from straw, which utilizes the acute reaction of hydrogen peroxide and alkali substance and the heat energy released from it to make paper pulp. The method comprises the following steps: crushing wheat, rice, corn straw or the like; adding caustic soda solution; stirring to generate a basic substance; adding hydrogen peroxide and stirring to generate an acute resolving reaction in order to fully separate fibers from lignin in the crushed straw; then grinding, beating and washing to delignify the lignin. The straw, caustic soda and hydrogen peroxide are present in a weight radio of 1: 0.03-0.12: 0.04-0.13 and the reaction temperature is controlled at 70-100°C.
