La présente invention concerne d'une nouvelle protéine, appelé INSP140, identifiée comme étant une protéine sécrétée, en particulier comme étant une protéine contenant un domaine Kunitz et, l'utilisation de cette protéine et d'une séquence d'acides nucléiques du gène codant dans le diagnostic, la prévention et de traitement de maladie.
