L'invention porte sur un procédé visant à standardiser un relevé effectué sur un échantillon de fibres, ce procédé consistant à mesurer la teneur en humidité de l'échantillon de fibres, effectuer le relevé sur l'échantillon de fibres et corriger le relevé par rapport à un relevé standardisé qui ajuste la différence entre le relevé de la teneur en humidité mesurée de l'échantillon de fibres et un relevé standardisé sur une teneur en humidité d'environ 7,5 %.
