The system includes a frame (30) and a plurality of bags (20), nested within each other and within an outermost bag (23), where the bags are attached to the frame and are held open for the disposal of refuse thereinto. A disposal bag assembly (10) for disposal of refuse is also disclosed. L'invention concerne un système pour éliminer des déchets. Ce système est conçu pour être utilisé à l'intérieur d'une unité d'élimination de déchets. Ce système comprend une ossature et une pluralité de sacs imbriqués les uns dans les autres et à l'intérieur d'un sac situé le plus à l'extérieur. Ces sacs sont fixés sur l'ossature et sont maintenus ouverts pour pouvoir jeter des déchets dans ces sacs. Un assemblage de sacs de déchets destiné à l'élimination des déchets est également décrit.
