Cette invention concerne de nouveaux composés qui inhibent le récepteur de l'intégrine a2ß1/GPIa-IIa. Cette invention concerne également des compositions pharmaceutiques contenant ces composés, ainsi que des méthodes d'utilisations thérapeutiques de celles-ci.
