Zusammenfassung:	The present invention generally relates to methods for the ex vivo expansion of undifferentiated cells. More specifically, the present invention relates to systems and methods of differentiating undifferentiated cells into a desired linage by providing to an undifferentiated cell stromal cell conditioned medium and a differentiation inducing ligand. The system of the present invention may be used to expand any undifferentiated cell that requires cell-derived soluble factors and cell-contact dependent signals.
