The inhibitors and compositions including them are useful for treating disease or disease symptoms . Said inhibitors are furane or thiophene derivatives. The invention also provides for methods of making CDK-2 inhibitor compounds, methods of inhibiting CDK-2, and methods for treating disease or disease symptoms. Inhibiteurs de kinase 2 dépendant de la cycline (CDK-2), compositions renfermant ces inhibiteurs, procédés d'utilisation des inhibiteurs, et compositions inhibitrices. Les inhibiteurs considérés et les compositions qui les renferment sont utiles pour le traitement de maladies ou de symptômes de maladies. Les inhibiteurs en question sont des dérivés de furane et de thiophène. L'invention concerne aussi des procédés d'élaboration de composés inhibiteurs de CDK-2, et des procédés pour le traitement de maladies ou de symptômes de maladies.
