BICYCLO HETEROCYCLIC COMPOUND HAVING ANTIFUNGAL ACTION

It is intended to provide a 1,6-ß-glucan synthase inhibitor which strongly inhibits proliferation and has a high safety. It is intended to provide a compound which can specifically or selectively expressing an antifungal action on a broad spectrum based on the action mechanism of inhibiting the synthesis of 1,6-ß-glucan. Further, it is intended to provide a drug, in particular, an antifungal agent containing the above compound, its salt or a hydrate thereof. More specifically speaking, a compound represented by the following general formula (I), its salt or a hydrate thereof; and a drug or an antifungal agent containing the above compound, its salt or a hydrate thereof. La présente invention a pour but de fournir un inhibiteur de synthase du 1,6-ß-glucan qui inhibe fortement sa prolifération et présente un niveau de sûreté élevé. Elle a pour but de fournir un composé qui peut spécifiquement ou sélectivement exprimer une action fongicide sur un vaste spectre basé sur le mécanisme de l'action d'inhibition de la synthèse du 1,6-ß-glucan. En outre, elle est destinée à proposer un médicament, en particulier un agent fongicide contenant le composé mentionné ci-dessus, son sel ou l'hydrate correspondant.
