L'invention porte sur un outil à main (10) présentant deux éléments en X (20,30) comportant chacun un manche (24,34) et une mâchoire (22,32) reliés l'un à l'autre par un pivot. Un ressort à lame (60) rappelle les manches (24,34) en position d'ouverture. Ledit ressort peut être activé ou désactivé par l'utilisateur en déplaçant un curseur (70) placé sur le ressort (60).
