A segment of an elongated rail member is spaced apart from the mattress a sufficient distance to enable an accessory support mounted on the segment to be moved free from interference from the mattress. A cable support is aligned with the segment adapted to support a portion of cabling of an accessory mounted on the support, the cable support capable of receiving and retaining cabling from the accessory irrespective of the position of the accessory support on the segment. L'invention concerne une civière à matelas supportée par un cadre. Un segment d'élément de rail allongé est espacé du matelas par une distance suffisante pour permettre à un support d'accessoire monté sur le segment d'être déplacé sans que le matelas ne gêne. Un support de câble est aligné avec le segment conçu pour supporter une partie du câblage d'un accessoire monté sur le support, et est capable de recevoir et de retenir le câblage de l'accessoire quelle que soit la position du support sur le segment.
