ANTI-SPIN BOLT SEAL

An anti-spin security seal (10) includes a locking member (14) having a locking end (14a), and an end piece (12). The end piece includes a locking body (16) and a cover element (18). The locking body (16) receives the locking end (14a) of the locking member (14) therein to substantially secure the end piece to the locking member (14). The cover element (18) receives the locking body (16) therein and substantially encases the locking body (16) therein. The cover element (18) is loosely positioned about the locking body (16) so that, when the cover element (18) is rotated about a longitudinal axis of the locking body (16), rotation of the cover element (18) is not readily imparted to the locking body (16).
