La présente invention a trait à un dispositif (1) pour le calage d'inclinaison latérale d'un agencement de quille (9) autour d'un axe longitudinal d'un bateau à voiles. Il comporte un agencement de vis-écrou (3) comprenant un écrou fileté (5) logeant une vis filetée (7).
