L'invention concerne un dispositif de surveillance physiologique portable (12) comprenant un récepteur (22) qui sert à recevoir par liaison sans fil des mesures physiologiques à partir de chaque sonde parmi plusieurs sondes intra-auriculaires (14), après entrée d'une fourchette de communication d'une des sondes intra-auriculaires (14). Ce dispositif de surveillance physiologique portable (12) comporte, également, un écran de présentation des mesures physiologiques.
