The invention also relates to the targets that were identified. Inhibiting or activating target genes of the invention, or their expression products, by using compounds identifiable by methods of the invention, is beneficial in the treatment and/or prophylaxis of diseases involving a cardiovascular disorder, dyslipidemia, and/or Atherosclerosis. L'invention porte sur des cibles et méthodes utiles pour le criblage de composés utiles pour la prévention, l'amélioration, le traitement et/ou la prophylaxie de troubles cardio-vasculaires, de la dyslipidémie, et/ou de l'athérosclérose. L'invention porte également sur les cibles ainsi identifiées.
