Such methods include methods of diagnosing cancer, e.g., breast cancer. Procédé d'analyse de l'état de méthylation de tout ou partie d'un génome entier. La présente invention concerne en outre des méthodes et des réactifs permettant de caractériser des cellules biologiques contenant de l'ADN susceptible de méthylation.
