Zusammenfassung:	A machine (1) is provided with a slot (2) to releasably receive and retain a cartridge (4) in which dialysis is effected. The machine (1) is configured for supplying to the cartridge (4), at a controlled temperature and rate, sterile water for use in haemodialysis and is operable to maintain, in a sterile condition, residual water contained therein after completion of a haemodialysis treatment. L'invention concerne une machine (1) pourvue d'une fente (2) destinée à accueillir et retenir de manière libérable une cartouche (4) dans laquelle est effectuée une dialyse. La machine (1) est configurée pour amener dans la cartouche (4), à une température et une vitesse contrôlées, de l'eau stérile destinée à être utilisée dans l'hémodialyse. Cette machine peut être utilisée pour conserver, dans des conditions stériles, de l'eau résiduelle après achèvement d'un traitement d'hémodialyse.
