Adjustable time window data may also be transmitted to the source device, where the time window defines the amount of time for determining and controlling the average power consumption of the source device. L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés pour diriger une gestion thermique, utilisés pour transmettre des données de puissance moyennes à un dispositif source, lequel présente une influence thermique sur un dispositif cible et les données de puissance moyennes sont fondées sur l'influence thermique. Des données de fenêtres temporelles réglables peuvent être transmises à un dispositif source, ladite fenêtre temporelle définissant une quantité temporelle permettant de déterminer et de réguler la consommation de puissance moyenne du dispositif source.
