La présente invention concerne un procédé pour le traitement ou la prévention d'une réponse immunitaire indésirable, lequel procédé comprend l'administration simultanée d'un immunosuppresseur tel qu'une ciclosporine et d'un agoniste PPAR-gamma, tel que la pioglitazone ou la rosiglitazone.
