La présente invention concerne des procédés et un appareil permettant un moulage en continu du chocolat. L'invention concerne plus particulièrement un procédé et un appareil permettant d'éliminer les coulures des morceaux et produits de chocolat, moulés ou non. L'invention concerne enfin une rampe de distribution permettant d'alimenter en continu le chocolat liquide dans un moule en continu, et dégager l'excédant de chocolat liquide.
