La présente invention concerne une lentille intraoculaire mince qui empêche l'opacification capsulaire postérieure. Ladite lentille comprend une optique pourvue d'un rebord coupant qui s'étend vers l'arrière et entre une zone postérieure concave et une surface latérale périphérique externe orientée parallèlement à l'axe optique.
