The security device includes an engagement member capable of being in a locked position or an unlocked position, a spacer, a locking mechanism adapted to maintain the locked position of the engagement member, and a housing disposed around the locking mechanism, where the housing is adapted to rotate substantially independently of the engagement member when the spacer is in the locked position.
