The buffer is separated from the at least one of whole insect larvae and non-homogenized parts of insect larvae. The proteins are isolated from the separated buffer. La présente invention concerne un procédé pour récupérer des protéines à partir de larves d'insectes. Selon cette invention, un tampon d'extraction est mélangé à des larves d'insectes entières et/ou à des parties non homogénéisées de larves d'insectes, le tampon est ensuite séparé des larves d'insectes entières et/ou des parties non homogénéisées de larves d'insectes, puis les protéines sont isolées du tampon séparé.
