Zusammenfassung:	A pyrolitic oven is described, which comprises a muffle delimiting a cooking compartment wherein food can be placed through an aperture which can be closed by means of a door, a container containing said muffle, and control means being external to said muffle and adapted to control the temperature inside the cooking compartment. According to the invention, said control means are located in the lower half of said container, preferably on the base of said container. L'invention concerne un four pyrolitique comprenant un moufle délimitant un compartiment de cuisson dans lequel les aliments peuvent être placés par une ouverture que l'on peut fermer au moyen d'une porte, un contenant renfermant ledit moufle, et des dispositifs de commande extérieurs audit moufle et destinés à réguler la température à l'intérieur du compartiment de cuisson.
