La présente invention a pour objet une préparation de prépolymère portant des groupements isocyanate en bout de chaîne, obtenue par réaction de diphénylisocyanate de méthylène, comprenant au moins 25 pourcent d'isomère 2,4', avec un polycaprolactone polyol. La présente invention a également pour objet des élastomères de type polyuréthane ou polyurée obtenus à partir de ladite préparation de prépolymère.
