Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to methods of making and using composites and scaffolds as implantable devices useful for tissue repair, guided tissue regeneration, and tissue engineering. In particular, the present invention relates to methods of making and using compression molded resorbable thermoplastic polymer composites which can be subsequently processed with non-organic solvents to create porous, resorbable thermoplastic polymer scaffolds or composite scaffold with interconnected porosity. Furthermore, these composites or scaffolds can be coated with an organic and/or inorganic material. L'invention concerne des procédés de fabrication et d'utilisation de composites et d'échafaudages comme dispositifs implantables que l'on utilise pour la réparation tissulaire, la régénération tissulaire guidée, et le génie tissulaire. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne des procédés de fabrication et d'utilisation de composites polymères thermoplastiques résorbables moulés par compression que l'on peut par la suite traiter avec des solvants non organiques pour créer des échafaudages polymères thermoplastiques résorbables poreux ou un échafaudage composite à porosité interconnectée. En outre, ces composites ou échafaudages peuvent être revêtus d'un matériau organique et/ou inorganique.
