Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to affinity adsorbent materials that contain high-specificity functional groups, in particular tetrazole, capable of binding corrin-containing compounds, such as cobalamin (Cbl, or vitamin B12).The invention also relates to methods for making such adsorbent materials, and their use in purifying corrincontaining molecules, such as cobalamin. Compositions containing cobalamin purified by the method are also provided. Matières absorbantes d'affinité contenant des groupements fonctionnels à forte spécificité, plus particulièrement un tétrazole, apte à lier des composés contenant de la corrine, notamment de la cobalamine (Cbl ou vitamine B12).
