Zusammenfassung:	Isolated plant polynucleotide promoter sequences from Lolium perenne, Festuca arundinacea and Arabidopsis thaliana are provided, together with genetic contructs comprising such polynucleotides. Methods for using such constructs in modulating the transcription of DNA sequences of interest are also disclosed, together with transgenic plants comprising such constructs. La présente invention se rapporte à des séquences végétales promotrices de polynucléotides isolées à partir de Lolium perenne, Festuca arundinacea et Arabidopsis thaliana, ainsi qu'à des constructions génétiques comportant ces polynucléotides. L'invention concerne également des procédés d'utilisation de ces constructions pour moduler la transcription de séquences d'ADN d'intérêt, ainsi que des plantes transgéniques comportant ces constructions.
