LOADER LIGHT MOUNTING APPARATUS

A loader light assembly is provided for a tractor-mounted loader having a boom pivotally mounted on the tractor and a bucket pivotally mounted on an end of the boom. The light assembly includes a base fixed to a portion of the boom, an electric light unit, and a rotational coupling, such as a viscous fan drive unit, coupled between the base and the light unit. The light unit moves with the boom and rotates with respect to the boom so that the beam projected by the light unit is directed always in substantially the same direction regardless of boom position despite pivoting movement of the boom. The base includes a magnet which releasably clamps the base to a side surface of the boom. L'invention concerne un ensemble d'éclairage de chargeur destiné à un chargeur monté sur tracteur possédant une flèche montée de manière pivotante sur le tracteur et un godet monté de manière pivotante sur une extrémité de la flèche. L'ensemble d'éclairage comprend une base fixée sur une partie de la flèche, une unité lumineuse électrique et un accouplement rotatif, tel qu'une unité d'entraînement de ventilateur humide, couplée entre la base et l'unité lumineuse. Celle-ci se déplace avec la flèche et tourne par rapport à celle-ci de manière que le faisceau projeté par l'unité lumineuse soit dirigé toujours dans sensiblement la même direction, indépendamment de la position de la flèche et malgré le mouvement pivotant de celle-ci. La base comprend un aimant fixant amovible la base à une surface latérale de la flèche.
