L'invention concerne un matériau d'interface thermique constitué d'un article en feuille de graphite flexible (20) présentant deux surfaces planes parallèles, la première surface plane de l'interface thermique étant en contact fonctionnel avec la surface externe (100a) d'une source de chaleur (100), la seconde surface plane étant en contact avec un module de refroidissement. Ladite feuille de graphite contient de l'huile.
