Zusammenfassung:	An irrigation catheter having at least two lumens for supplying irrigation fluid in minimally-invasive surgical procedures is revealed. The catheter works alongside but independently of an endoscope or other diagnostic or therapeutic instrument. The catheter may direct flow of the irrigation fluid in the same direction as the body's natural flow, thus enhancing visualization by the endoscope or other instrument. L'invention concerne un cathéter d'irrigation comprenant au moins deux lumières destiné à fournir un fluide d'irrigation dans des procédures chirurgicales peu invasives. Ledit cathéter fonctionne le long d'un endoscope ou d'un autre instrument diagnostique ou thérapeutique mais indépendamment de celui-ci. Il peut diriger un écoulement de fluide d'irrigation dans le même sens qu'un écoulement corporel tout en améliorant la visualisation à l'aide de l'endoscope ou de l'autre instrument.
