The invention relates to a clutch device with a panic function for electromechanical locks. According to the invention, the clutch shaft (7) comprises a cylindrical part (14) and the inner end (16) thereof is equipped with a truncated-pyramid-shaped clutch head (19) which can fit into the sliding coupler for a second slide-adjusted pin (21) which passes through the wide openings (13) in the clutch body (6). A reciprocal recess (22) is provided in the sliding coupler opposite the clutch head (19). Moreover, a sliding ring (9), which is equipped with a peripheral channel (23), is slidably adjusted in relation to the crown (12) of the clutch body (6) and comprises a pair of holes (24) into which the second pin (21) is inserted. A tubular shaft (10), which is used to rotate the follower of the lock, comprises: a hollow cylindrical space (25) which is rotation adjusted in relation to the cylindrical part (14) of the clutch shaft (7), and an outer shell with a square cross-section which is preferably identical to that of the outer shaft (2).
