Zusammenfassung:	Disclosed is a hard capsule having low oxygen permeability and excellent drug release properties which can be produced by a conventional manufacturing process for gelatin hard capsules. This hard capsule contains (a) alpha-1,4-glucan and at least one modified product thereof and (b) a gelatinizing agent. L'invention concerne une capsule dure présentant une faible perméabilité à l'oxygène et d'excellentes propriétés de libération du médicament, qui peut être produite par un procédé classique de fabrication de capsules dures à gélatine. La capsule dure de l'invention contient: a) alpha-1,4-glucane et au moins un produit modifié dudit composé; et b) un agent gélatinisant.
