SPHINGOLIPID-RUCINOL DERIVATIVES AND COMPOSITION FOR SKIN EXTERNAL USE CONTAINING THE DERIVATIVES

Disclosed are sphingolipid-rucinol derivatives, which comprise sphingolipid selected from the group consisting of N-acetylphytosphigosine, N-acetylsphiganine and N-acetylsphingadiene, and rucinol, and compositions for skin external use containing the derivatives. The sphingolipid-rucinol derivatives and the compositions exhibit an improved skin whitening effect. Further, the derivatives and compositions show an improved solubility of sphingolipid and a decreased toxicity and, accordingly, have broad applications. L'invention concerne des dérivés de sphingolipide-rucinol, présentant un sphingolipide sélectionné dans le groupe comprenant N-acétylphytosphigosine, N-acétylsphiganine et N-acétylsphingadiène, et rucinol, ainsi que des compositions pour la peau, à usage externe, contenant lesdits dérivés. Les dérivés de sphingolipide-rucinol et les compositions présentent un effet éclaircissant renforcé pour la peau. En outre, lesdits dérivés et compositions présentent une meilleure solubilité du sphingolipide et une moindre toxicité et peuvent par conséquent s'utiliser dans une large plage d'applications.
