La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé de production de mini-filtres ou bobines à supraconducteurs hautes températures (HTS) dans lesquels des films supraconducteurs à hautes températures sont déposés sur une couche de CeO2 sur un substrat, ce procédé permettant l'obtention de mini-filtres ou de bobines avec des rendements supérieurs.
