Thus, a pentose-5-phosphate ester can be produced, such as ribose-5-phosphate ester, arabinose-5-phosphate ester, 2-deoxyribose-5-phosphate ester, or 1-methoxy-2-deoxyribose-5-phosphate ester. L'invention concerne un procédé destiné à la production d'ester de pentose-5-phosphate, consistant à faire réagir un pentose, tel que le ribose, l'arabinose, le 2-désoxyribose ou le 1-méthoxy-2-désoxyribose, avec un donneur d'acide phosphorique, tel que l'acide pyrophosphorique ou un de ses sels de métal alcalin, en présence d'une phosphatase acide. Cette technique permet de produire un ester de pentose-5-phosphate, tel qu'un ester de ribose-5-phosphate, un ester d'arabinose-5-phosphate, un ester de 2-désoxyribose-5-phosphate ou un ester de 1-méthoxy-2-désoxyribose-5-phosphate.
