Zusammenfassung:	A system provides an information sharing architecture that allows physically separate healthcare information systems, called "deployments," to share and exchange information. The collection of these participating deployments is referred to as the "Community," and systems within the Community sometimes store records for patients in common. The system allows participants in the Community to share information on data changes to these patients, and to reconcile concurrent and conflicting updates to the patient's record. L'invention concerne un dispositif fournissant une architecture de partage d'informations permettant de séparer physiquement des systèmes d'informations de soins, appelés "déploiements", afin de partager et d'échanger des informations. L'ensemble de ces déploiements participant est appelé "communauté", et des systèmes de la communauté stockent parfois des informations de patients en commun. Le dispositif selon l'invention permet à des membres de la communauté de partager des informations de changement de données au sujet de ces patients, et de faire concorder des mises à jour concurrentes et contradictoires des informations de patients.
