All of the aforementioned potentialities are highly desirable on an industrial scale.
L'invention concerne la construction, la purification et la caractérisation d'une protéine de fusion « GST-CBD ». Cette protéine possède de très fortes activités enzymatiques degradatives très diverses : cellulase, beta-glucosidase, xylanase, chitinase, laccase, tout en gardant son activité originelle de Glutathion S transférase. Toutes ces potentialités sont très recherchées à l'échelle industrielle. |
