Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to polymeric salts of 3,5-dimethyl-1-adamantyl-ammonium and of carboxyl-containing (co) polymers and to the use of the thus obtained salts in the form of antiviral agents. The aim of said invention is to synthesise the novel salts of 3,5-dimethyl-1-adamantyl-ammonium and of carboxyl-containing (co) polymers and in selecting thereamong compounds exhibiting an antiviral activity and durable action. Said aim is achieved by synthesising the 3,5-dimethyl-1-adamantyl-ammonium salts and water-soluble carboxyl-containing (co) polymers of general formula (1), wherein m and n are mol. %, m=100-n, the carboxyl-containing (co) polymers are selected from a group of polyvinyl-amino-succinic acid, vinyl alcohol and N-vinyl-amino-succinic acid copolymer, N-vinyl-pyrrolidone and N-vinyl-amino-succinic acid copolymer, N-vinyl-pyrrolidone and crotonic acid copolymer, N-vinyl-succinimide and maleinic anhydride copolymer, N-vinyl-pyrrolidone and maleinic anhydride copolymer and polyacrylic acid. A general synthesis method and synthesis examples for each inventive compound, toxicity test results and results of determination of the comparative antiviral activity are also disclosed. The obtained compounds are uniquely identifiable by IR-spectroscopy methods, element analysis and potentiometric titrimetric analysis, exhibit a sufficiently high antiviral activity with respect to A-type and B-type influenza viruses, they are characterised by a long (durable) activity, thereby making it possible to use the obtained salts not only as antiviral agents for sparing therapy but also for preventing viral diseases.
L'invention se rapporte aux sels polymériques de 3,5-diméthyl-1-adamantyl-ammonium et de (co)polymères carboxylés ainsi qu'à l'utilisation de nouveaux sels en tant qu'agents. L'invention porte sur la synthèse de nouveaux sels de 3,5-diméthyl-1-adamantyl-ammonium et de (co)polymères carboxylés, et le criblage de ceux-ci pour des compositions présentant une activité antivirale et une action prolongée.
