A method of forming the gate bar from a sheet of metal is also disclosed. L'invention concerne une barre de distribution estampée destinée à des distributeurs, comportant un corps allongé présentant des extrémités opposées. Le corps allongé est composé d'une première et d'une deuxième paroi latérale s'étendant à partir d'une paroi marginale entièrement formée. Un élément support est disposé le long d'au moins une des extrémités opposées, et un élément d'actionnement est également disposé le long d'au moins une des extrémités opposées. L'invention concerne également un procédé de formage de ladite barre de distribution à partir d'une tôle.
