DEVICE FOR IMMOBILISING AN OSTEOSYNTHESIS PIN IN A BONE PART

The invention relates to a device which is used to immobilise a threaded support pin (21) in relation to a fixed element (1, 34), said pin being screwed into a bone part (3, 3a, 3b) along an axis (yy'). The inventive device is characterised in that it comprises a locking sleeve (13) which can be solidly screwed to the fixed element (1, 34, 7) and which is provided with an axial bore (19) in order to receive the pin (21). According to the invention, the axis (zz') of the sleeve screw thread is angularly and/or laterally offset in relation to the axis (yy') of the pin (21) when the latter is in place on the bone part (3, 3a, 3b), and/or the axis of the bore (19) of the locking sleeve (13) is angularly and/or laterally offset in relation to the screw thread axis (6). La présente invention concerne un dispositif de blocage par rapport à un élément fixe (1, 34) d'une broche de maintien filetée (21) vissée dans une pièce osseuse (3, 3a, 3b) suivant un axe (yy'). Ce dispositif est caractérisé en qu'il comporte une douille d blocage (13) solidarisable par vissage de l'élément fixe (1, 34, 7), qui est pourvue d'un alésage axial (19) qui reçoit la broche (21), l'axe (zz') du filetage de cette douille est décalé angulairement et/ou latéralement par rapport à l'axe (yy') de la broche (21) lorsque celle­ci est en place sur la pièce osseuse (3, 3a, 3b), et/ou l'axe de l'alésage (19) de la douille de blocage (13) est décalé angulairement et/ou latéralement par rapport à l'axe du filetage (6).
