L'invention concerne un squelette de croissance cellulaire, disposé de manière à porter, en service, une ou plusieurs cellules, qui comprend au moins une fibre. Une partie de cette fibre est disposée dans un moyen support liquide administrable par perfusion. L'invention concerne en outre des méthodes de croissance cellulaire et des procédés de production de squelettes de croissance cellulaire.
