Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method of preparing dendrons and dendrimers with heterocyclic substructures of imino-ethers and derivatives using non-standard means and microwaves. According to the invention, dendrons and dendrimers are prepared by synthetic microwave methods from heterocyclic substructures of substituted imino-ethers C2 and C4 or the boronic, sulphonic or phosphoric derivatives thereof or the N-substituted derivatives thereof, cyclic and acyclic, the hydrolysis products thereof or the transformations of same into other pentagonal nitrogenated heterocycles, with the incorporation, in some cases, of structural units of chromogenic or fluorogenic glucuronides in the cavities or on the dendrimer surface, according to the functionality of the peripheral groups. Different reactions are performed between the imino-ethers and carboxylic acids, anhydrides, esters, bases, aldehydes, alkyl halide, amines, isocyanates, aromatic thiols, by pyrolysis or hydrolysis, in selected alternated and repeated reaction sequences, using non-standard synthesis methods and microwave power of between 30 and 300 Watt at 2450 MHz, in order to form basic substructures in the construction of dendrons, arms or branches of dendritic structures of different generations, from G0 to G4, using a convergent strategy, in the presence or not of dissolvents and/or mineral or polymeric solid supports.
Dendrones y dendrímeros son preparados por procedimientos sintéticos bajo microondas a partir de subestructuras heterocíclicas de iminoéteres C2 y C4 sustituídos o por sus derivados borónicos, sulfónicos y fosfóricos, o sus derivados N-sustituídos, cíclicos y acíclicos, sus productos de hidrólisis o las transformaciones de ellos en otros heterociclos nitrogenados pentagonales, con incorporación en algunos casos, de unidades estructurales de glucurónidos cromogénicos o fluorogénicos en las cavidades o en la superficie dendrimérica, en dependencia, de la funcionalidad de los grupos periféricos.A partir de diferentes reacciones de los iminoéteres con ácidos carboxílicos, anhídridos, ésteres, bases, aldehídos, haluros de alquilo, aminas, isocianatos, tioles aromáticos, por pirólisis o hidrólisis, en secuencias de reacciones seleccionadas, alternadas e iterativas, son empleados procedimientos y métodos no clásicos de síntesis bajo microondas a potencias entre 30 y 300 Watt a 2450 MHz, para lograr la formación de subestructuras básicas, en la construcción de dendrones, brazos o ramificaciones d |
