Zusammenfassung:	An apparatus for processing material laden fluids, said apparatus comprising a screen conveyor (20), characterised in that said screen conveyor (20) comprises a plurality of spaced-apart rods (22) and a plurality of wires (29), at least one wire of the plurality of wires wrapped around at least one rod (22) of the plurality of rods (22), such that said wires are movable about said rods (22), portions of said rods (22) and portions of said wires defining openings through which the fluid is passable and through which the at least a substantial portion of said material is not passable. L'invention concerne un appareil pour traiter des fluides chargés de matières, ledit appareil comprenant un convoyeur de tamis (20). Ledit appareil est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une pluralité de tiges (22) espacées et une pluralité de fils (29). Au moins un des fils est entouré autour d'au moins une tige (22), de sorte qu'ils sont mobiles autour des tiges (22). Des parties des tiges (22) et des parties des fils définissent des orifices, à travers lesquels le fluide peut passer et à travers lesquels une grande partie des matières ne passe pas.
